New Tribes Mission

Learn About Us

We are a team with ONE GOAL: to see Jesus Christ glorified to the ends of the earth through the establishment of functioning, indigenous New Testament churches among ethnic groups who have never had a chance to hear the Gospel.

Accomplishing this goal involves MANY ROLES:

Church Planting
Involves living among an unreached ethnic group, learning their language, and establishing a local church. Bible Teaching, Literacy, Translation, Community Development and Medical work are all tasks to accomplish this goal. NTM provides specialized training to help prepare missionaries for these tasks.

Aviation
Provides transportation, delivers supplies and acts as an ambulance for areas where other forms of transportation are not available. Most of the unreached ethnic groups live in areas where either access by road is not available or is impassable for several months each year.

Education
Educators assist parents through the coordination of home schooling or by teaching in the inter-mission day and boarding school via the Faith Academy. Dorm Parents assist by providing a "home away from home" for students while their parents are ministering in another location. To see our present education needs see the additional support needs.

Additional Support Roles
Leadership, Accountants, Supply Buyers, Administrators, Media Designers & Publishers, Guest Home Managers, Builders and Computer Specialists are just a few of the roles needed to help church planters minister effectively.
